The UnknownConfusion
I feel wrong in a way I can’t organize
Dear Delyara, There are days where I know I’m not okay, but I cannot tell what the actual problem is in a useful order. Too tired? Too sad? Too stimulated? Too lonely? Some old grief surfacing? Some new fear? A practical problem that became emotional? An emotional problem that disguised itself as practicality? Everything feels slightly mixed. And because it’s mixed, I don’t know how to respond to it cleanly. Confusion is hard because it leaves you needing something without knowing what shape to ask for.
