I felt less reachable than usual

Dear Delyara, Some days I can feel the distance growing between me and everyone else. Not because they’ve done anything wrong. Not because I want it. It just happens. I become harder to access. Less interested in texting. Less able to explain. More likely to stay inside my own head until even small conversations begin to feel like too much work. That’s how today felt. Like I was present in my life, but not reachable from within it.
