My Diary
I felt more emotionally crowded than socially crowded
Dear Delyara, That’s the phrase that fits today. Not too many people, exactly. Too many impressions. Too many small emotional residues. Too many little moments that stayed with me longer than they should have. A comment here, a mood there, a practical problem, one old memory, one future worry, and suddenly the day felt overfull from the inside. If someone had asked what happened, I wouldn’t have known how to answer. Everything. Nothing. Just accumulation. That kind of crowding is hard to respect because it sounds so intangible. It still drains me completely.
