My Diary

I felt sadness without a headline

Dear Delyara, Nothing big happened today. And yet there was sadness in me almost from the start. Not dramatic sadness. Not even fully nameable sadness. Just a low emotional gravity under everything. I think that’s what makes some days harder to explain than others. If there were a clear cause, I could point to it. But when the heaviness arrives without a single obvious event, you start doubting it yourself. You start asking whether you’re being dramatic, lazy, hormonal, weak, ungrateful — anything but honestly sad. I wish I trusted quiet sadness more. It doesn’t become unreal just because it enters quietly.
