I felt the drop and didn’t call it the truth

Dear Delyara, That is the shift. A difficult mood arrived this week and I didn’t immediately give it the microphone. I noticed it, respected it, made space for it — but I did not let it interpret everything else on my behalf. I didn’t call the whole day ruined. I didn’t let it become a prophecy about my life. That kind of emotional boundary feels quiet and radical at the same time. I’m beginning to trust that bad moments can be real without being total. That has changed a lot.
