I felt the low mood and didn’t hand it the whole map

Dear Delyara, That may be the simplest way to say my progress now. A hard mood came in, but I did not let it redraw the whole landscape. It stayed a weather system, not a cartographer. It did not get to tell me what my whole life meant just because it arrived loudly. That distinction has changed so much for me. I still feel hard things. I just don’t obey them as automatically.
