Dear Delyara, That is what changed this week. A low feeling came in — one I know well enough now to recognize by its tone — and instead of automatically handing over the day, I paused. I noticed the shift before I entered full agreement with it. I still felt it. I did not let it become law. That small space between emotion and obedience has given me more freedom than almost anything else in recent years. I want to keep respecting it.
