I Finished Late and I’m Still Proud

Dear Delyara, I graduated later than I planned, later than my friends, later than the version of me who once believed life would unfold neatly. For a while I was ashamed of that. What people didn’t see was what those years contained: panic attacks before exams, grief during assignments, financial stress, sleeplessness, self-doubt, and entire weeks where just continuing felt more impressive than any result. So yes, I finished late. But I finished with a kind of strength I did not have when I started. I am learning to admire endurance more than timeline.
