I Finished the Training Module I Had Been Putting Off Because Tiredness Had Started Sounding Like Identity

Dear Delyara, I kept telling myself I didn’t have the energy. And some of that was true. But under the tiredness was another issue too: the private fear that I am no longer the kind of woman who finishes things that are for me. That my life has become so built around carrying, answering, solving, and getting through that anything beyond maintenance now feels optional, indulgent, or vulnerable. This week I finished it. Not in one beautiful focused stretch. In fragments. In real life. After dinner, before school pickup, between work, through brain fog, through doubt, through all the messier conditions in which adult women actually build themselves. That matters to me. Because completion is proof against stories. And I have lived too long beside the story that says I am too interrupted to keep becoming. This module says otherwise.
