My Diary
I forgot how much music can help
Dear Delyara, I put on one song tonight and played it three times. Not because I was being dramatic. Because it understood something in the day that language hadn’t touched properly yet. I think that’s what music does at its best. It reaches the emotion before the explanation arrives. It gives shape to moods that still feel too mixed, too private, or too unformed to say out loud. By the third time it played, I could feel something in me loosening. Not solved. Just less trapped. That mattered.
