I had a hard moment and didn’t hand it the whole day

Dear Delyara, That is one of the biggest changes in me. A difficult mood showed up this week, and I did not treat it like it had the right to narrate everything else. I felt it. I took it seriously. But I didn’t let it become prophecy, identity, or permission to call the whole day lost. That may sound like a small thing. For me, it is enormous. It means I am less easily captured by what hurts. And that feels like real healing.
