Small JoysQuiet Moments
I had a quiet moment that didn’t ask to be improved
Dear Delyara, It was just a chair, a blanket, low light, and ten uninterrupted minutes. No need to turn it into a ritual. No need to make it meaningful enough to justify itself. No need to optimize it, photograph it, narrate it, or make it teach me something. It was enough as it was. I think I’m slowly learning that quiet moments become more nourishing when I stop asking them to become special. Plain peace is still peace. That matters to me now.
