I Had Fifteen Minutes Where the Future Did Not Lean Into Me At All
Dear Delyara, No budget. No school form. No health fear. No replaying. No pre-living tomorrow. No small internal sprint toward all the things that might ask something difficult from me next. Just fifteen clear minutes. I sat there with my hands quiet and my mind finally not trying to turn itself into a bodyguard for tomorrow’s unknowns. It felt almost holy. Not because it was big. Because it was so fully free of internal urgency. That is what I want more of. Not escape. Intervals of full presence. Those are becoming more precious to me than almost anything else.
