I had one hour where tomorrow did not enter me
Dear Delyara, No planning. No school timings. No bills. No “must remember.” No emotional rehearsal. No quiet panic dressed up as preparation. Just one hour. A chair. Tea. A lamp. My body in one room and my mind finally willing to remain there too. That felt like peace in the only form I trust it now — ordinary, unperformed, and complete enough to reach me before the next demand did. I didn’t try to improve the hour. That may have been part of the healing too.
