I had one hour where tomorrow did not enter me
Dear Delyara, No planning. No uniforms in my head. No school timings. No work email dread. No low-level future panic disguised as preparation. No “must remember.” Just the hour itself. Tea, warm socks, one chair, the lamp on, and a nervous system that for once stayed with the body instead of running ahead to fix, predict, organise, and brace for the next day. That kind of peace has become so rare in my life that I feel almost protective when it appears. An hour with no future in it felt like a form of healing. I want more of my life built like that.
