I had one minute of real relief

Dear Delyara, It happened while standing in the bathroom after brushing my teeth. One full minute where nothing inside me was urgent. No interpretation. No future panic. No emotional rush. No pressure to solve anything before sleep. Just a minute. I almost missed it because I’m so used to looking for bigger proof of wellness than that. But maybe some days relief really does come in single minutes, and maybe respecting that is part of healing too. I’m trying to notice more.
