My Diary

I had one minute where nothing hurt

Dear Delyara, It was such a small moment that I almost missed it. I was standing by the sink, the room was quiet, and for one full minute there was no pressure, no ache, no guilt, no social residue, no fear pushing forward, no internal commentary making everything heavier than it was. Just one minute of neutral peace. I noticed it because it felt rare. And because I don’t want to keep dismissing moments that small as unimportant. Maybe one minute is not small when you’ve been carrying a lot.
