I Had One Quiet Hour

Dear Delyara, My mind did not race ahead. Did not replay. Did not organise. Did not catastrophise. It simply stayed in the same room as my body. That is peace to me now. Not a big shining state. Just the absence of internal forward-leaning fear. I noticed it while it was happening. That matters too. Sometimes peace is so rare we only recognise it once it has already passed.
