GratitudeInner Peace
I had ten quiet minutes in the garden and didn’t feel I should be doing something else
Dear Delyara, That’s the miracle part. The garden chair, the evening air, one patch of sky still holding light, and ten full minutes without the inner voice saying, get up, sort the washing, answer the text, wipe the side, check tomorrow, be useful. Just sitting. I think the hardest part of peace is not often finding the quiet space. It’s letting yourself stay in it without turning against it. This week, for ten minutes, I managed that.
