I have been accepted to university and my husband wants another baby

Dear Delyara, I received the university acceptance I have wanted for nine years. Nursing. Evening programme. I cried when I opened the email. My husband smiled, hugged me, then that evening said he thinks we should try for another baby before “we get too old.” We already have three children. I am thirty-four. He says he supports my education but believes family timing matters too. I know what pregnancy means in our house. He will continue working. My mother-in-law will help sometimes. I will carry the baby, feed it, wake at night, recover, organize appointments, and somehow attend lectures while everybody calls me strong. I asked if we could wait until after the course. He said four years is too long. Last night, he touched my stomach and joked that perhaps our next child could attend graduation. I wanted to push his hand away. I have spent years postponing one dream because somebody always needed me first. The acceptance expires in three weeks. I am terrified that saying yes to myself will be remembered as saying no to my family.
