I hide inside getting ready

Dear Delyara, Preparation is one of my safest hiding places. It looks admirable. Even to me. Researching, organizing, waiting, refining, gathering information, trying to time things properly — all of that can be wisdom. It can also become a beautifully respectable way not to risk being seen before the result is guaranteed to flatter me. I think fear in me is less afraid of effort than of exposure. That’s what makes it so hard to challenge. It does not look like laziness. It looks like being careful.
