I keep asking the body to wait for a less crowded week

Dear Delyara, There is always another crowded week. I think that’s the lie hidden inside my delay. I keep telling the body later, as if later will arrive with more spaciousness, more money, more patience, more readiness to listen. Often later is just the same pressure wearing new dates. And still I ask the body to wait. I know this pattern is not care. I’m trying to stop calling it practicality.
