I keep expecting the body to respect deadlines more than limits

Dear Delyara, That is a terrible expectation. And a familiar one. The body is supposed to keep up, adjust, delay its complaints, wait until the schedule is cleaner, wait until I have time to listen properly, wait until the practical world gives permission to be less functional for a while. I know how unfair that is. I still live as if it might work. The body does not care about deadlines the way the mind does. I need to remember that earlier than I do.
