The SilenceAnger

I keep making anger understandable before I let it be honest

Dear Delyara, I turn it into context. Into nuance. Into careful phrasing. Into an argument so well-made that nobody has to confront the raw fact that I was hurt, crossed, diminished, overlooked, or exhausted by what happened. I think I was trained to make anger safe for the room before it was safe for me. That pattern still lives in me. And it leaves me lonely inside my own clarity.
