I kept opening apps and closing them again
Dear Delyara, I wanted relief, and my hands kept pretending it might be inside one more scroll, one more refresh, one more small digital movement. But everything felt thin. Every app looked like the wrong answer to the wrong question. That’s how I knew I wasn’t bored. I was emotionally displaced. I wanted something and had no honest modern way to reach it. So I kept moving my thumb instead.
