I kept returning to the page even when the page did not feel welcoming

Dear Delyara, There are days when work greets me warmly. This wasn’t one of them. The page felt dense. My mind felt crowded. My attention wanted easier things. And still, I returned enough times that the work moved. I think I’ve learned that discipline is not always force. Sometimes it is just respectful return. A quieter kind of faithfulness. This week, I had some of that. And I want to respect it more than I used to.
