My Diary
I kept waiting for the mood to make sense
Dear Delyara, I spent most of today waiting for my mood to become more explainable. I wasn’t fully sad. Not exactly anxious. Not clearly angry. Not entirely numb. Just off. That’s what made it hard. If one feeling would step forward properly, maybe I could respond better. But everything felt mixed together — fatigue, slight heaviness, overstimulation, a little disappointment, maybe some old sadness rising for no specific new reason. I think confusion is one of the hardest internal states because it gives you no clean enemy and no clean request for help. Today felt like fog. I’m still in it a little.
