The UnknownConfusion

I know I’m carrying something, but not which thing is asking for care

Dear Delyara, That is where I am too often lately. There is a weight. A wrongness. A heaviness. But no clean line from feeling to need. If I knew what I was dealing with exactly, I might know how to meet it. But confusion creates this second helplessness — not just having pain, but not knowing its language well enough to respond properly. It leaves me wandering around my own interior holding care in the wrong direction. I’m tired of being uncertain inside myself. It makes even gentleness harder to aim.
