The UnknownConfusion

I know I’m off, but not how to return

Dear Delyara, That has been the problem lately. I can tell that something in me is off — emotionally misaligned, overfull, underfed, tired in a way that is more than sleep — but I can’t tell what the exact return path is. Rest? Silence? Crying? A decision? Comfort? Distance? Food? Company? Less company? When the feeling itself is blurred, the way back is blurred too. That confusion creates its own second suffering. Not just feeling bad. Feeling lost in how to care for the badness.
