The UnknownConfusion
I know I need something, but I don’t know what shape it is
Dear Delyara, That’s what confusion leaves me with. Need without shape. I can feel the wrongness, the heaviness, the misalignment. But I cannot always tell whether it asks for rest, truth, food, grief, company, distance, forgiveness, decision, or just time. Without the shape, I keep trying care in the wrong direction. That is exhausting in its own way. Not only pain. Misfired care. This has been one of those weeks.
