The UnknownConfusion
I know something is wrong, but not where to start
Dear Delyara, That is what makes confusion so exhausting for me. If I knew the exact feeling, maybe I could move toward it. Rest, cry, ask for help, make a decision, let something go. But when everything arrives blurred, I don’t know what action belongs to what pain. I just feel off, heavy, scattered, over-interpreted from the inside. There’s a special helplessness in not being able to locate the emotional problem clearly enough to care for it properly. That has been my week.
