The AwakeningSelf Love
I let comfort arrive before the courtroom in my head finished speaking
Dear Delyara, That’s progress for me. The old courtroom is still there — asking whether I’ve earned softness, whether rest is justified, whether the easier option is weakness by another name. But this week, I didn’t wait for that internal trial to finish. I let comfort arrive anyway. That felt brave in a very quiet way. Maybe self-love is sometimes exactly that: allowing care through before the inner judge has signed the papers.
