The AwakeningSelf Love
I let comfort count without guilt
Dear Delyara, I bought something that made my evening softer and, for once, didn’t turn it into a moral debate in my head. No long internal hearing about whether I “needed” it enough. No instant guilt. No pressure to justify the comfort through productivity or suffering. I just chose softness. That sounds basic. It isn’t basic if you’re used to treating your own comfort like something suspicious unless properly earned. I think this may be one of the most practical forms of self-love I’ve found.
