I let lower capacity mean adjustment, not self-contempt

Dear Delyara, That is the kind of health I want more of. Not just physical metrics or visible routines. Adjustment. This week I noticed a lower-capacity day and responded by adjusting rather than attacking myself for it. I reduced what needed reducing. I let the day become smaller where it had to. I stopped treating every limitation like a personal insult. That felt like a healthy relationship with reality. And I’m proud of it.
