The AwakeningSelf Love
I let the easier care count as real care
Dear Delyara, This week I chose the easier version in a few places. The softer clothes. The earlier stop. The simpler meal. The message left until morning. The quieter route home. The lamp instead of the overhead light. And instead of treating those choices like weakness, I let them count as care. That feels like a real shift in me. Because I have spent too much of life thinking kindness toward myself had to be earned through visible struggle first. This week, kindness came sooner. And I let it.
