I let the room stay boring and it turned peaceful

Dear Delyara, Nothing special happened. That is exactly the point. No insight. No ritual. No transformation. No emotional breakthrough. Just a plain room, a low light, no interruptions, and enough time for my body to notice that nothing else was about to enter. I think I’ve spent too much of life underestimating the healing potential of uneventful peace. This week I let boring stay boring, and it became beautiful in a quieter way than beauty usually gets credit for. I want more of that kind of peace.
