Small JoysQuiet Moments
I let the room stay ordinary
Dear Delyara, I had a simple evening this week and didn’t try to make it into anything more than it was. No emotional project. No deep ritual. No meaningful optimization. No making the moment carry more significance than it naturally had. The room was quiet. I was tired. The tea was warm. That was enough. I think peace has started becoming more available to me in proportion to how little I insist on turning it into something impressive. That feels like a useful lesson.
