Small JoysQuiet Moments
I let the room stay plain and found peace there
Dear Delyara, I didn’t create a beautiful ritual. I didn’t optimize the evening. I didn’t turn the quiet into a project. I just let the room stay plain. And inside that plainness, I found peace. I think that’s something I’m learning slowly — not every healing moment has to feel sacred in a dramatic way. Sometimes peace is only a chair, low light, no interruptions, and a body no longer being asked to perform anything for a little while. That was enough this week.
