I let the room stay simple

Dear Delyara, This evening I had a quiet moment and did not try to improve it. No adding music. No turning it into a ritual. No making tea into a life lesson. No reaching for a screen. No urge to convert peace into productivity. Just a simple room and a simple body in it. I think that may be one of the gentlest things I’ve learned lately: sometimes peace is already enough before I decorate it.
