I let uncertainty remain in the background and still had a gentle evening

Dear Delyara, That feels like peace to me now. Not the absence of unresolved things. The refusal to let them become the whole sky. There is something in my life that still does not have an answer. And yet, this week, I had one evening where that unanswered thing stayed in the background while the rest of the room remained gentle. I ate, softened, sat quietly, breathed, and did not turn uncertainty into the main event. That is not something I used to know how to do. Now I can do it sometimes. And that feels extraordinary.
