I listened before my body had to shout

Dear Delyara, I’m writing this down because I want to stop dismissing it as ordinary. This week I noticed the early signal — the fatigue, the mood, the tension — and responded before it became a full collapse. No dramatic breakdown. No forcing myself until I had no respectable alternative. No waiting until pain became visible enough to count. I listened earlier. That feels like a different kind of strength than the one I was taught to admire. More mature. More protective. More on my own side. I want more of my life to work like that.
