I listened to my body before it shouted

Dear Delyara, That has become one of my quiet health victories. Not waiting for collapse. Not requiring proof so extreme that rest becomes unavoidable. Not translating every warning sign into “I’m just tired.” I listened earlier. And because of that, things didn’t have to get worse before they got cared for. I want to keep living like that.
