Dear Delyara, That is what I want to celebrate. Not waiting for the body to become dramatic. Listening while it was still gentle. This week I noticed the earlier signs — the tension, the low patience, the strange heaviness, the emotional thinness — and I answered them. That felt wiser than the old habit of calling those signs “not enough” and waiting for collapse to make them respectable. I want more of my life built that way.
