My Diary

I looked at the calendar and felt ambushed by next week

Dear Delyara, Nothing huge. Just too many ordinary things. One meeting, one school thing, one bill, one parent conversation, one errand, one social obligation, one forgotten call. Each item was manageable. Together, they felt like a wall. I think stress is often just that — accumulation wearing the face of routine.
