I made something that never needed to become anything else

Dear Delyara, That felt almost radical. No future use. No audience. No post. No product. No hidden ambition. No need for the thing to prove I am talented, disciplined, healing, interesting, or making good use of my time. I just made it. I had forgotten how clean that kind of joy feels. Unwatched. Unoptimized. Sufficient. I think some parts of me only come back under those conditions. I want to visit them more often.
