I made something without turning it into proof

Dear Delyara, That felt unusually healthy. I did something creative this week and didn’t immediately imagine posting it, monetizing it, improving it, measuring it, or using it to prove I am doing something worthwhile with my time. I just made it. There is such relief in joy without audience. I had forgotten how restorative that can be. Something in me relaxed because it was no longer being watched by ambition while it was trying to play.
