I moved before certainty arrived

Dear Delyara, Fear has taken too much from my timing in life. This week I did something while still unsure. Still not fully ready. Still aware of the possibility of looking foolish, being misunderstood, or finding out I was not as prepared as I wished I felt. I moved anyway. That may be my new definition of courage: not the absence of fear, but refusing to let fear decide the schedule of your whole life. It felt awkward. Human. Unpolished. And real.
