I moved before I felt entirely safe to be seen moving

Dear Delyara, That is the courage I’m trying to build. Not total certainty. Movement with some exposure still in the room. This week I let myself be visible in a way that used to feel too vulnerable unless success was already standing ahead of me, ready to protect me from embarrassment. It wasn’t. I moved anyway. That felt practical. Human. And quietly transformative.
