I moved while still feeling exposed

Dear Delyara, I did something this week that made me feel visible in a way I usually avoid. I still did it. That matters because a lot of my fear is not really about the task itself. It’s about exposure — being seen trying, being seen wanting, being seen not fully certain, being seen before the outcome proves I was allowed to hope. This time I let myself be visible before the guarantee. That feels like courage in the most usable sense.
