The UnknownConfusion

I no longer know what is intuition and what is exhaustion speaking with confidence

Dear Delyara, A feeling about work. A feeling about marriage. A low mood. A strong urge to change direction. A sudden need for distance. A fear that maybe I’ve built a life that no longer suits the person I am becoming. I feel these things, and then immediately begin interrogating them. Is this wisdom? Burnout? Trauma? Hormones? Depression? Grief? A real signal? A tired nervous system misreading everything because it’s overused? I don’t know. And because I don’t know, I get stuck between feeling and action. I spend too much time interpreting myself instead of moving from myself. That is exhausting in a way I can hardly explain to anyone who isn’t also living inside an over-analysed inner life. I miss internal clarity. Not perfection. Just enough clarity to trust one clean movement again.
